We’re in a moment, my friends. A big one. One where everything is shifting—leadership, tech, business models, the way we communicate, even the definition of "work." 

Likely, you already knew that. And that's why you're here reading my blog, curious and looking for viable collaborators in building better?

Here’s what I know for certain: women, especially those of us from undervalued and under estimated communities, are not here to play catch-up. 

We are the architects of what’s next.

I’ve spent two decades building at the intersection of community, creativity, and commerce—from global events and innovation hubs to programs that prioritize equity and access. Want to know what I think is the real deal? Vision is not enough.

If we want to build better business, we need better structures. We need sustainable strategy. We need systems that reflect our lived values so that we can actually get off the hamster wheel that is late stage capitalism.

Built by Women for everyone

This isn’t your average chatbot announcement. Business 4 Good is reimagining business by revisioning technology's build and access. Collectively, we are building the first-ever woman-forward AI chatbot—built with the Leading Ladies LLM, powered by real stories, voice notes, essays, and hard-earned wisdom from women who lead across differences. 

In short, we’re not training bots to spit out buzzwords.

We’re talking about a chatbot that actually gets what an equal playing field looks like and also understands tone, nuance and bias.

🧐 We are building it together with Leading Ladies to bring Inclusive Intelligence to the table from a consideration   

Consensual Data Sharing. Tech without empathy, consent and shared intelligence? That’s just more noise on an already loud af internet that needs to be better built for more than just data grabbing with out consent. 

What Is an LLM and Why You Might Want to Care?

An LLM (Large Language Model) is basically the brain behind AI tools—predicting, generating, and responding in human language. But if that brain has only been fed the same old, biased, patriarchal data? It just reinforces what’s already broken.

We’re flipping that script. We’re feeding this system Human Intelligence, femme-first insights, and actual and lived intersectional knowledge based on concentric circles of our shared humanity, centering leadership by women so it learns differently.

If You’re Not Building the Future, You’re Reinforcing the Past

Remember when email felt like a fad? Or when Web 1.0 was only for tech bros who knew how to code?

That was then. AI is now.

And if we, as leading ladies, don’t jump into this moment with intentional inclusion, the future will look a lot like the past—but faster, colder, and much more extractive.

AI isn’t a savior. It's far from it and especially as it is current in the market. And it’s not the villain either. It’s a mirror.

It can be if we pick up the damn compact, Sis! Whatever we put into it—bias, exclusion, hustle culture—is what it spits back. It will quite literally be all over our face if we don't put something better into that LLLM - large language model. And if we want intersectional knowledge based on concentric circles of our shared humanity that genuinely centers leadership by women in this next digital wave, we need to build it in. This is the part where YOU come in, Sis! Whether you’re a founder, a strategist, a creative, or just curious about how to use AI without losing your soul, you’re invited. To ask better questions.  - We do not need more visionary lone wolves. We do not need more top down structures. 

+ We do need concentric circles that are genuinely collaborative in new and envisioned ways of leadership that honors multiple truths and makes space for challenge, compassion, and growth.

I’ve seen the power of collaboration—in all its mess and brilliance—and I’ve also seen what happens when systems claim to invite equity, then ignore every voice that doesn’t echo back uniform and status quo power. The future of business can no longer be aimed at unlimited scale, powerful extraction and unyielding speed—it’s got to be rooted in depth in sustainable ways.  

It’s also not just about efficiency or 'Unicorn status'. This new and envisioned build and use of AI is rooted in careful and considerate solutions that support more than just the top tier or most ‘valuable’ extractions.

The new algorithm? It’s us.

What is the lens we are giving it vs. what lens do we give it power to use on us?

AI is not neutral. Although the above statement may be a bit woo - what we build with technology tools in is our human condition amplified. So let’s build better systems, let's collectively bring Inclusive Intelligence to the table from a consideration

A New Season, A New System

As a lifelong entrepreneur - and daughter of a fashion designer - I’m feeling the matching of my vision with my big, big leadership tools, my microphones and turning up my social channels to full blast. 

I know that now is the time that we build systems that scale sustainably and hold our humanity dear.

I talk about #Tequity for a reason: because tech should serve us, not replace us. I’m not trying to beat the bots—I’m training them to do better. Because when women, especially those historically under valued and consistently under estimated, bring something very unique to leadership in all industries and especially in embracing tech tools as early adapters, we bring something wildly important: care and conciseness. 

And this dynamic consideration is and builds a different kind of power.

So no, AI won’t save us.But the systems we build now? They just might.
